Assembly Instructions-
The fit on these is a heat slip fit, nice and tight,,.
To install the cam all you do is warm the hub. You should use a heat gun or even a hairdryer will work. Just warm the hub, align the flats and push the cam in. Tap it in to seat it nice and tight, let it cool and It's locked on. Screw on your spur and it's done.

DO NOT HEAT THE HUB HOTTER THAN YOU CAN TOUCH! And, please,,, no burnt fingers!!!

You can convert your LST2 back to the 2 speed stock easily.  Although, if you plan on doing this often I would recommend that you purchase a dedicated 2 speed cam for this.  Since the hub is a press fit to the cam it would be more convenient to keep the cam mounted to the hub rather than tapping it out and repressing it back on when you convert back and forth from 1-2 speed.
